Court Filing
Assist Law firms, Companies, Institutes and Agency to file documents / legal papers in in different courts.
Filing has been performed by visiting a clerk at a filing window, paying a filing fee by cash, cheque, or credit card, and submitting the document to be filed. For each document filed, the court clerk inspects the document to ensure compliance with the court's rules on how legal documents should be formatted and confirms that the case number and caption are for a valid case.
Rates
We have flat rate document filing in the GTA. Attempts will be charged at same rates. Please check process serving for pickup charges.

| Cheque for Court fee should be included. In case, we have to pay court fee, there will be additional charge of 10% of court fee, subject to minimum of $10. |
